As my friends and family know, a while ago I was lucky enough to be selected to appear on the TV show Come Dine With Me. On the show I met two remarkable ladies who are now my friends. One of these ladies is Annette Evans. Annette (who won the competition) makes the most amazing canapes I have ever tasted. She has made them for customers at the start of a wedding and sophisticated drinks parties.
