The Multi Meat Roast

If you are looking for more than a Hog Roast but are still wanting to cater for 50 + guests, then the Multi Meat Roast is for you.


We can supply a selection of free range beef, pork, lamb and turkey (or more exotic meats if you wish) all cooked to juicy perfection!

If you're a little more adventurous we can marinate each meat to bring out, and compliment each of the flavours.

For example;

Beef in a coffee paste including brown sugar, cardamom, ginger and garlic. This may sound a strange combination but believe me, it adds a fantastic flavour and outer crust of the beef.

Turkey with a lemon marinade with cider vinegar, brown sugar (this is a great counter balance with the lemon and vinegar) Worcestershire sauce and a little chili.

Lamb with a Berber (Moroccan) spice paste including coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, allspice berries, ginger, paprika. These are just some of the ingredients that gives this dish a real WOW factor!

Pork. We tend to let the pure quality of Monkshill pork to speak for its self and just salt the skin three times during roasting to give you the best crackling you have ever tasted.
